"Marie bin Abdulaziz Al-Amri Office - Certified Public Accountants" was established as an individual organization in 1^st of Dhul-Qa'dah 1438 H, (24 July 2017) with the license No. 571, which located in Riyadh.

Since establishment, the office has concerned about the following principles in order to apply the International Auditing Standards, and the International Standards on Quality Control (No. 1):

- Providing services to clients through academically and professionally qualified teamwork.

- Providing audit services based on independency, objectivity, and neutrality.

- Performing the due diligence in work and ensuring the implementation of approved auditing standards in Saudi Arabia.

- Confidentiality of information related to our clients.

- Guiding, supervising, and auditing the work, which is done by the audit team members, by the manager and the responsible partner.

- Documenting the audit work in detail, including the assessment of the accounting system, internal control system, analytical review tests, and the detailed verification tests that have been performed.
